This medium size SAI vegetable knife has a Japanese-style square tip, suitable for chopping straight down through the vegetable and onto the board. It is a popular alternative to the Santoku knife, great for chopping and mincing meat, root vegetables and small to medium prep jobs. This knife suits small to medium size veg and fruit.Global SAI has two vegetable knives in its range. The SAI-04 is a specialist vegetable chopping knife with a long, flat 19cm blade, better suited to professionals. Home cooks will find the SAI-M06 a bit more manageable as it is shorter, at 15cm in length.
