This 28 cm sauté pan features Scanpan’s commercial-grade Stratanium®+ non-stick coating, tested by professional chefs. The specially engineered surface enhances flavour by delivering crisp, flavourful results with little to no added fat, while offering exceptional durability for hours of cooking. Food releases effortlessly, and cleaning is quick and simple with just a wipe.

With a generous 2.4 litre capacity, the pan is ideal for sautéing, shallow frying, sauces, and one-pan meals. The included lid helps retain heat and moisture, making it perfect for finishing dishes or gentle simmering. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, the pan is also oven safe up to 250 °C, offering complete versatility from stovetop to oven.
