What is the difference between the Classic G-2 Chef's knife and the Forged series Chef's knife?
Both series of knives have the same blade, the same blade thickness and the same blade edge. The forged series is likely to be a better option if the knife is being used every day in a commercial kitchen. It is stronger than the G-2, but also consider the weight of the knife, some chefs prefer the feel of a heavier blade in the hand.
