The SAI-03 Santoku Knife is a really big powerful knife suited for the 3 ways of Santoku: Slicing, Dicing and Mincing.
The SAI-M02 Utility Knife is a great all-rounder knife. It has a useful mid-sized blade length of 15cm which is suitable for a wide range of tasks.
The SAI-S01 Paring Knife is made for small kitchen tasks, such as peeling vegetables or cutting up fruit.

About the Global SAI Range
