A small scalloped knife, called tomato knives because they are made for cutting through fruits and vegetables with hard to break through skin, such as tomatoes, kiwis, plums, grapes, etc. These knives work well with fruit where there is a tougher skin but softer inside, you want to slice the fruit open without spilling the insides. Using this scalloped knife makes this process easier. The blade is quite short and stubby so not suited for bread.
